Program Details

Spend the day exploring our brand new Climate Solutions exhibit or walking among the trees at Wild Walk. This year we are offering private homeschool experiences, events, and activities catered specifically for you. Homeschool families are welcome to participate in private Wild Classroom Workshops, meet our animal ambassadors, and stop by the Naturalist Cabinet for science and art-based activities.

October 18 program details:
WILD HALLOWEEN
10am-4pm: Dermestid Beetle Decomposition Observation, Skulls & Skins, Halloween Scavenger Hunt in the Naturalist Cabinet
1pm: The Creatures of Halloween presentation (30 minutes) in the Flammer Theater
10am-12pm & 2-4pm: Mushroom ID & All About Bats in the Naturalist Cabinet
