Program Details

Guided canoe trips are offered daily in July and August. Trips start at 1pm at our Canoe Docks, which are located a 1/3 mile from our parking lot, over rolling terrain. Wild Center admission tickets are REQUIRED to participate in the canoe experience. Please purchase admission tickets and plan to arrive by 12:00pm or earlier to accommodate your entry to the Center and allow enough time to walk to the river.

The canoe program is priced by the canoe, with a price for Museum Members, and one for non-members. There can be as many as 3 adults in one canoe OR 2 adults and up to 2 children (ages 5 to 12, children must be 5 or older to participate). Since the experience is priced per boat, please determine the number of canoes you will need - then make your reservation for that many boats. We have 5 canoes available for pre-registration.
